Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Who is responsible for Custom duties and shipping fee?
AvaPrints is not responsible for covering any international customs fees and taxes.
The fee cost depends on the destination country and the package value and will need to be covered by the recipient.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Generally, no. Once you click “Confirm” or “Place Order,” your project is immediately routed to our automated industrial print queue. Because every item is completely custom-built and print-on-demand, we cannot support alterations to artwork, product specifications, or shipping coordinates once manufacturing begins. Please double-check all details before finalizing checkout.
Why does the printed product look slightly different from my screen?
Digital screens display designs using light and the RGB color profile. In contrast, physical industrial machinery presses ink onto materials using the CMYK color spectrum. Minor variances in color calibration, brightness, and texture are standard across the print industry. We recommend testing your design layouts using physical product samples before launching high-volume retail campaigns.
What should I do if an order arrives damaged, broken, or misprinted?
We take full accountability for manufacturing errors where our factory is entirely at fault. If your item exhibits an undeniable printing flaw or physical damage from transit, please email support@avaprints.org within 30 days of delivery with:
Your unique order reference number.
Clear, high-resolution photographs showcasing the defect or breakage.
Once verified, we will initiate a complimentary reprint and cover all associated reproduction and shipping overhead.
What happens if a shipment gets lost entirely in transit?
If a package fails to arrive and has no active tracking updates, you must file an issue report with our help desk no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Approved lost-in-transit claims will receive a replacement shipment at no additional charge.
