1. Manufacturing Errors and Damaged Shipments
At Ava Prints, we strive for perfection in every print run. However, if you receive an item that is structurally flawed, physically damaged, or exhibits a clear printing error where our facility is at fault, a formal claim must be submitted to our team.
Defective or Damaged Items: All claims regarding misprints or product damage must be filed via email within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you or your customer.
Lost in Transit: If a shipment is lost during transit by the courier, your claim must be submitted no later than 30 days after the initially projected delivery date.
2. Standard Return and Cancellation Restraints
Because our products are entirely custom-manufactured and print-on-demand, Ava Prints does not accept standard product returns, item exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has entered production. All sales are final.
3. Submitting an Issue Report
If you or your end-customers discover a manufacturing defect or any other fulfillment discrepancy with an order, please do not attempt to mail the items back without authorization. Instead, document the problem immediately and submit a comprehensive problem report via email to our support desk. Please include your original order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue so we can evaluate a replacement or credit on a case-by-case basis.
